UPDATE: Promotion Extension

In light of COVID-19 and ongoing lockdowns around the country, we have extended the Formica Frenzy until 30 November. 

With over 1000 prizes up for grabs, you now have an extra month to participate and claim your share of the wins*! 

The number of monthly prizes will remain the same (520) for August. The number of monthly prizes from September to November will update to 346 prizes available per month.

How do I find my monthly Formica spend target?

You can check your spend targets and progress at any time by accessing your Formica Frenzy dashboard. You will receive an email on 2 August with your unique access link.

 

How do I know how many tickets I’ve earned into the draw?

You can check your progress and entries into the major prize draw via your Formica Frenzy dashboard. You will receive an email on 2 August with your unique access link

 

How do I know if I’ve won a prize?

Monthly Minor Prize: Winners will be notified by email within the first two weeks of the following promotional month. For example if you were a prize winner for August you will be notified by email by 12 September.

Major Prize: Winners will be notified via email by 14 December.

How will my prize be delivered?

Your prize will be delivered to your nominated address by mail. Winners will be prompted to confirm their address via the winner notification email, otherwise prizes will be sent to the address registered on your Laminex account.

I hit my monthly spend target but I didn’t receive a prize.

If you were among the top performing customers who met their spend target in any given month of the promotion, you would have received an email within the first two weeks of the following promotional month, notifying you of your win. If you missed out on a prize never fear – each month between August and November (inclusive) is another opportunity to win!

  • August: 520 top performing customers each month will receive a prize
  • September onwards: 346 top performing customers each month will receive a prize

I met my minimum spend on eligible Formica products from the new range, but I didn’t receive a prize.

If you did not receive a winner notification email, you were unfortunately unsuccessful in the December Major Prize draw.

Can I choose which of the prize items I receive?

No - prizes will be allocated as follows:

Minor prize (August only):

    • The top performing 123 customers who meet their spend target will receive a Premium Jacket;
    • The next top performing 100 customers who meet their spend target will receive a Hoodie;
    • The next top performing 167 customers who meet their spend target will receive a Cooler Bag; and
    • The next top performing 130 customers who meet their spend target will receive a Polo.

Minor prize (September onwards):

    • The top performing  82 customers who meet their spend target will receive a Premium Jacket;
    • The next top performing 67 customers who meet their spend target will receive a Hoodie;
    • The next top performing 111 customers who meet their spend target will receive a Cooler Bag; and
    • The next top performing 86 customers who meet their spend target will receive a Polo.

Major prize 

    • The first 22 valid entries drawn will each win a Beer Fridge;
    • the next 7 valid entries drawn will each win a SMEG Coffee Machine; and
    • the next 22 valid entries drawn will each win a Weber BBQ.

I’ve won a Minor Prize, can I pick my size?

Yes. When prompted to confirm your address via the winner notification email, you will also be asked for your preferred size. Whilst we will always endeavour to deliver the requested size, there is limited stock available for each size so it will be done on a first in best dress basis. If you do not submit your preferred size or if your size is no longer available then you will be allocated a size at random or closest to your selected size.

Which products are eligible for this promotion?

Minor prizes: Any Formica product purchases are counted towards the minor prizes (when purchased direct from Laminex on your Laminex account).

Major prize draw: Eligible products include any products from the Formica Wardrobe Range, Coloured Cabinet Series, Easyfit Benchtops or Popular Colour Range (when purchased direct from Laminex on your Laminex account). You can view the eligible products here.

Do I need a password to log into my dashboard?

No – on 2 August, Laminex customers will receive an email containing a unique dashboard access link. If you do not receive this email, or you have lost your link, contact Laminex Promotions on 1300 096 976 or at info@laminexpromotions.com.au

When will my dashboard be updated with my sales?

Your dashboard will be updated with daily sales overnight.

Will my monthly sales roll over into the next months target?

Your monthly spend target will refresh at the start of every month however all purchases of eligible products across the promotion period, will count towards the major prize draw in December. 

Can I win multiple prizes?

Minor prizes: Yes. If you were among the top performing customers to meet your spend target in any given month, you are eligible to win a minor prize each month.

 

Major prize draw: No. Eligible customers who are entered into the December Major Prize draw are only eligible to win one of the 51 available major prizes.

When will the Major prize draw happen?

The Major prize draw will take place on 9 December 2021.
